My passion commenced fifteen years ago, when I met an elderly gardener who was working in my backyard. He noticed my casual collection of coins and banknotes from dozens of countries—items I had saved over the years during my frequent overseas travels. At the time, I wasn’t a serious collector. I simply enjoyed keeping a few beautiful or unique pieces of foreign currency as souvenirs.

But that day, everything changed. The gardener shared with me his own story: he had once collected every Australian coin from the very first issue, and years later, someone offered him four properties in Browns Plans in exchange for that complete collection—worth over two million Australian dollars at the time. That conversation deeply inspired me. I realized I had the passion and the opportunity to build something meaningful too.

Since then, I’ve spent the past 15 years building and organizing my collection with great care. I’ve invested significant time, money, and effort into learning, researching, and properly preserving each piece—buying storage cases, reference books, and protective packaging.

Today, I own hundreds of rare and culturally significant coins and banknotes from over 86 countries. While I’m not selling my core collection, I’ve decided to share and sell the extra and duplicate items I no longer need—so that other collectors around the world can continue the journey. That’s why this website was created: to share the beauty, history, and stories behind currency with fellow enthusiasts.
